Sumter County School Board Trustee Dan Palumbo endorsed Brenson Ravenell in the upcoming Dorchester District 4 School Board general election.

Brenson, the current Dorchester County Transportation Committee Representative for District 1, is running for Dorchester District 4, voting District 41, Seat 1.

Brenson has years of experience and leadership qualities that will make him a vital asset on the DD4 School Board. He is an Air Force veteran, retiring last summer as a Staff Sergeant. He knows the importance of safety and security in his past role as a police officer in the military. He served on a state foster care review board advocating for youth education. He is a former PTO vice president currently chairing the Dorchester County Transportation Committee, to which he will bring his financial literacy skills.
